Travelers heading south from Alpine will travel about 62 miles and then turn left at the Terlingua Ranch sign. The lodge facilities are located 16 miles from the highway, on Terlingua Ranch Road, which is paved for the first 13 miles. The remaining three miles to the Lodge is a well maintained dirt road accessible by most vehicles.
