Because we want you to thoroughly enjoy your stay with us, please read the following before you make a reservation:

We are located 30 miles north of Study Butte and Terlingua.

We require a MasterCard, Visa or Discover card number and expiration date to hold your room.

We require 48 hour notice of cancellation or we will charge your credit card for one night's stay.

There are no televisions, phones or internet connections in the rooms or at the RV and camp sites.

The last three miles of Terlingua Ranch Road are dirt and gravel. We do our best to keep it well maintained, however, weather conditions can affect the quality of the road.
