Lodge Reopens for Business

The lodge areas have been officially reopened.  NEW - We have FREE WIFI available at the office. The bathhouse and laundry room are open and ready for use.  The pool is open and beautiful.  The RV and camping spots are ready to go, please call for reservations.  We have 8-10 lodge rooms ready for occupancy, please call first for availability.  We will have the meat lockers ready for hunt season. Not all areas are ready at this time, the restaurant is still closed, pending further studies.  There are several small places to eat along the main road to the lodge facilities, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Christmas Mountains hiking, biking, horseback riding!!! 

The GLO signed a 5 year lease with Terlingua Ranch for recreational use of the Christmas Mountains.   Please stop by the Main Office in the lodge area to sign a liability waiver and pick up your permit BEFORE entering the area.

The Big Bend of Texas is a land of giant bluebonnets, spectacular sunsets, and the largest landscapes in the state. It is also the home of Terlingua Ranch Lodge.

Terlingua Ranch is the Big Bend. Situated between Big Bend National Park on the east and Big Bend State Park on the west, Terlingua Ranch offers solitude and all the incredible beauty of this unique country. We invite familes and groups to come enjoy the Big Bend desert with us. Pets are also welcome, and remember to bring the leash!
