Results of the Quorum for the special meeting:

345 MIGS voted NO to being included in the quorum
(some voters left this area at the bottom of the ballot blank)
a 10% quorum was established
Results of the 2010 ballot regarding the sale/lease/exchange of the resort/lodge area:
544 MIGS voted YES
333 MIGS voted NO
Although a simple majority of MIGS voted YES to sell/lease/exchange, according to Bylaw 3.13 (c) (and as mandated by TBOC Section 22.252) the vote to sell/lease/exchange did NOT carry a 2/3's majority vote, therefore the resolution to sell/lease/exchange the resort/lodge area did not pass.

July 30, 2009
The Board of Directors of POATRI has determined that the Terlingua Ranch Lodge and resort facility will remain closed. The Board has reached a decision, due to the failure of the last two fee increases, that there is no money in the 2009 budget nor the foreseeable future to allow us to reopen the facility.
To all our friends and regular visitors we extend heartfelt thanks for your past support.
